Jackie Harkins
MS, OTR/L, CNS
Jackie is an Occupational Therapist who has been practicing for nine years. She graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2016 with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Jackie has experience working in a top-ranked inpatient rehabilitation hospital, treating patients with a variety of neurologic injuries/disorders including brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and post COVID-19 complications. She is a Certified Neuro Specialist, a specialty that focuses on evidence-based interventions for individuals with stroke and brain injuries and certified in LSVT BIG interventions for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

Jennifer Murphy
MS, OTR/L, CNS
Jen is an Occupational Therapist who has been practicing for nine years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware followed by her Masters in Occupational Therapy from The University of St. Augustine.
Jen started her career working at a top-ranked inpatient rehabilitation setting, specifically treating individuals following brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurologic conditions. During her time working in inpatient rehab, she received her Certified Neuro Specialist certification and LSVT BIG certification, a program utilized to specifically treat individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. Jen also has experience in home care, giving her a unique skill set in providing patients with specific adaptations and individualized treatment within their homes.

​​Dr. Jason Sheehan​
PT, DPT, NCS
Dr. Jason Sheehan has nine years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist. He received his Bachelors in Biology in 2013 from SUNY Oneonta before earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from SUNY Upstate Medical University.
Jason specialized in brain, stroke, spinal cord injuries while employed at a top-ranked inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In 2019, he completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency Program and became a Board-Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy in 2020. In 2022 Jason was certified by the University of Pittsburgh as an Advanced Vestibular Physical Therapist. These specialties indicate his expertise in the field of Neurologic Physical Therapy including neurologic injury, concussion and vestibular dysfunction.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Sheehan comes to AIM with academic and clinical research experience. He served as a lab instructor at Seton Hall University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program and conducted clinical research with the Kessler Foundation.


Dr. Katarina Bieri
PT, DPT
Dr. Katarina Bieri is a Physical Therapist who recently graduated from The University of Scranton with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May of 2025. She also received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Nutrition from The University of Scranton in 2022.

Katarina has experience in outpatient and inpatient settings working with a variety of diagnoses, including adult and pediatric neurological diagnoses. While earning her DPT, Katarina received her LSVT BIG certification. Additionally, Katarina was involved with Individual Abilities in Motion (I AM), a volunteer-centered organization providing adaptive sports opportunities to individuals with mobility impairments. Katarina served as the Vice President of the PT Club at the University of Scranton, in which she organized and participated in a wheelchair basketball tournament with I AM. She also participated as a student researcher on a faculty-student research project associated with I AM and a community outreach program for adaptive cycling. Katarina is passionate and highly motivated to help her clients reach their goals.

Kelliat Forzani
M.S. CCC-SLP
Kelliat is a bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) Speech-Language Pathologist who has been practicing for eight years. She graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s (2014) and Master’s Degree (2017) in Communication Disorders and Sciences.
She began her career working for a network specializing in skilled nursing and rehabilitation treating adults and geriatric patients with dementia, traumatic brain injury, stroke, swallowing disorders, tracheostomy tubes, and other neurological impairments. Her passions include providing therapy services and education to patients and family members within the Spanish speaking community.

Dr. Rachel Baumstein
PT, DPT, NCS

Dr. Rachel Baumstein earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from New York University in 2016. Rachel is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, and completed her Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency training at NYU Rusk in 2019. Rachel is certified through LSVT Big®, a specialized treatment program for Parkinson’s Disease, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Rachel’s clinical experience ranges from inpatient acute, inpatient neurologic rehabilitation, to outpatient neurologic and medically complex patients. Rachel has served as adjunct faculty at Touro College’s DPT program, where she updated and taught the neuromuscular examination and intervention course. She has presented her clinical research at CSM, an annual national physical therapy conference. Rachel’s treatment approach is evidenced-based, and influenced by her deep-seated belief in everyone’s right to find freedom and joy in their body’s ability to move.
